Restore & Renew: Sound Healing & Restorative Yoga with Klee Burke

Tuesday, March 3, 2026
7:15 – 8:45 pm
Center for Performing Arts
3754 Pleasant Ave #220W, Minneapolis, MN 55409

Escape the demands of daily life and sink into deep relaxation. This workshop, offered by Klee Burke (www.bluestonewellnessmn.com) combines gentle, fully-supported restorative yoga poses with the therapeutic vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls.

As you rest in each pose, the rich harmonic tones of the singing bowls will wash over you, releasing tension, calming your nervous system, and restoring balance to body and mind. The resonant frequencies help quiet mental chatter and create space for genuine healing.

Perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, better sleep, or simply a chance to slow down and reconnect. No yoga experience necessary—just bring your openness to receive, a yoga mat, a blanket or large towel for support, and any other preferred props.

Leave feeling renewed, balanced, and deeply at peace.

Cost: $20

At the studio, instructors also accept cash, check, credit/debit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
